*** Standard Processing fee includes the following:
Processing of carcass
All mince meat, steaks, and all other standard cuts processing
All Biltong and droe wors processing
All standard boerewors processing
Vacuum Packing of all meat processed
*** Standard Processing fee excludes the following:
Meat added to processing(Lamb, Beef and Pork per kg)
Russians and Cabanossis
Cheese Grillers and Wors
Special packing of meat
Special requests for meat processing
